本文着重阐述了行政事业单位在资产配置、资产使用、资产处置等各个环节上存在的问题,并从重要性认识不足、产权意识淡薄、法规制度不完善等方面分析了产生的原因,最后,重点指出了加强和完善行政事业单位国有资产管理的对策。

This article focuses on the problems in various areas in asset allocation,asset utilization,asset disposal,etc.,in the administrative institutions.It has analyzed the causes from the aspects of lacking awareness in its significance and the property rights and the aspect of imperfect laws and regulations.Finally,it focuses on the solutions to strengthening and improving state-owned assets management in the administrative institutions.
