2009年海原县人布鲁菌病调查分析

Investigation of human brucellosis in Haiyuan county in 2009

①目的了解宁夏省海原县布鲁病(布病)的人间感染现状。②方法采用血清学与流行病学方法,对高危人群进行布病个案调查和检测。③结果血清检测共计391人份,阳性8例,阳性率2.05%;男女均可感染并散在发生,感染者以从事畜牧兽医人员居多,感染者年龄25～48岁。④结论应加强布病疫情的监测,防止布病疫情的爆发与流行。

Objective To investigate the current status of human brucellosis in Haiyuan county Ningxia province.Methods The investigation and detection of brucellosis among high risk people were conducted using serological and epidemiological methods.Results Serological test was performed for 391 people,among which 8 people were positive（2.05%）.The cases occurred sporadically and the disease was infected in men and women,many infectors were engaged in cattle breeding and raising and the infector＇s age ranged from 25 to 48 years old.Conclusion Close surveillance of the brucellosis epidemic should be performed to prevent the expansion of the epidemic.
