摘要
①目的将带血管、神经蒂的肋骨瓣游离移植到犬的尺、桡骨缺损处以观察自体带血管、神经蒂的肋骨瓣修复尺、桡骨缺损的可能性。②方法制作犬尺、桡骨缺损的模型,切取带血管、神经蒂的肋骨瓣移植到缺损处,先行4块4孔掌指骨钢板、螺钉内固定,再在显微镜下吻合血管(动、静脉)、神经,术后4、8、16周进行大体标本、X线、光镜及电镜观察。③结果带血管蒂的肋骨瓣游离移植修复尺、桡骨缺损能增加缺损处骨的血液供应,使骨缺损处的血运建立快而好,成骨面积大。前臂外形、功能恢复正常。④结论带血管蒂的肋骨瓣游离移植修复尺、桡骨缺损的效果好,为临床治疗尺、桡骨缺损提供理论依据。
Objective To observe the possibility of ulnar and radio bone defect repair using blood vessel and nerve pedicle rib flap grafts in dogs.Methods Models of ulnar and radial bone defects in dogs were made,and the pedicle rib grafts were used to repair the defects.The rib flap grafts were fixed in 4 plates,then the blood vessels(arteries and veins) and nerve were anastomosed under the microscope and observed by the general specimen,X ray,light microscopy and electron microscopy in 4,8,16 weeks after operation.Results Ulnar and radio bone defect repair using pedicle rib flap grafts increased blood supply and blood movement was built fast in defect places,area of survival bone was bigger,and forearm figuration and function resumed to the normal.Conclusion The results of pedicle rib flap grafts repairing ulnar and radial bone defects were better and it could provide the theoretical basis on the clinical treatment of ulnar and radial bone defect repair.
