摘要
以南京地铁2号线东延线盾构隧道下穿宁芜铁路工程为背景,通过有限元数值模拟,对错位D型便梁在盾构下穿铁路工程中的应用效果进行研究。结果表明:当列车以45 km/h的速度通过错位便梁时,便梁纵梁的应力及挠度均满足使用要求,使所防护的线路轨面变形在控制要求范围内,便梁能够对铁路线路进行有效保护。
The project of Nanjing metro Line 2(east extension) tunnelling,which crossed below the railway between Nanjing and Wuhu is introduced,the application effect of the offset D-type temporary beam in the tunneling crossing below railway is studied by using the finite element numerical simulation.According to the research results,when the train passes through the offset D-type temporary beam at a speed of 45 km/h,the stress and deflection of the longitudinal beam can meet the operating requirements and the deformation of rail surface can be protected by the temporary beam within the range of control requirements.Therefore,the D-type temporary beam can effectively protect the railway line.
