城市轨道交通建设中面临的几个问题

Problems in the Construction of Rail Transit System in China

根据城市轨道交通的特点,指出保证建设资金来源是我国大部分城市发展城市轨道交通面临的首要问题,探讨了我国轨道交通系统发展过程中技术障碍、融资缺口和负担差距等问题,建议要制定相应的政策、建立相应的机制予以解决。

This paper systematically analyses the challenges in the course of rail transit development in China, highlights three major gaps that Chinese cities have to overcome in the construction., the technology gap, the financing gap and the affordability gap. In the early planning stage, elaborate studies are important for the development of rail transit system, but the existing criteria （population and economic power） for approving the development of rail transit system are insufficient, therefore, the criteria should be supplemented by more suitable evaluation standards.
