Brief Comments on the Book Introduction to Traditional Culture Compiled by Luo Zi-qiang

骆自强先生的《传统文化导论》是一部专为电大接受开放教育的学员编写的教材,架构精巧,富有特色,但也存在一些有待于改进的地方:前言/导论部分过于简单,没有介绍课程性质;论述方式失之主观,提出的观点有待商榷者较多;专题篇幅安排、参考文献的选取及思考题的出题也存在一些问题。文章在广泛参阅其他文化史、文化导论著作及普通高校文化史教材的基础上,从传统文化导论教学的角度,对以上问题提出批评和看法,希望能为下一步修改教材提供参考。

Introduction to Traditional Culture is a book compiled by Luo Zi-qiang for the study of Open Education students in TV University.It is exquisitely structured with unique features.However,the book can be refined in the following aspects： the introduction part is too simple with no mention of the course nature,the analyzing method is subjective with many ideas open to be further discussed.There are also some problems in the arrangement of materials,choice of references and the design of questions.This article puts forward arguments on the above issues with the reference to other cultural history books and other textbooks in universities,in order to provide information for the book＇s further improvement.
