随着互联网的高速发展和数字化校园的深入建设,高校实施文档一体化管理成为一种必然趋势。高校实施文档一体化既有其理论基础,又有其现实需要。但目前仍存在一些制约因素,需健全机制、统一标准,建立办公自动化系统,提高文档管理人员综合素质。

With the fast development of Internet and deep construction of campus digitalization,it has become an inexorable trend to implement college documents integrative management.College documents integration management has both basic theory and its practical need.However,restraining factors exist.Thus,it is important to perfect mechanism,unify standards,set up automatic office system,and at the same time improve the comprehensive quality of documents managers.
