摘要
低温甲醇洗是一种节能型的酸性气体净化工艺。本文介绍了低温甲醇洗净化流程、基本原理。利用甲醇的选择性吸收特性,在高压、低温条件下,甲醇对CO2、H2S进行选择性吸收。重点讨论了影响因素如甲醇浓度、甲醇循环量、温度、压力等对净煤气总硫含量的影响及相应的调整措施。
Rectisol was a kind of energy-saving acid gas purification technology. This article described the purification process and basic principles of rectisol. Using the selective absorption properties of methanol, it could selectively absorbed CO2 and H2S under the condition of high-pressure and low temperature.The effect of factors, such as methanol concentration, methanol circulating volume, temperature, pressure and so on were focuced to the total sulfur content in net gas and the corresponding adjustment measures.
