摘要
采用真空气相沉积法在金刚石表面镀覆强碳化物金属或合金薄膜。该薄膜一方面与金刚石表面形成化学键合,另一方面大大提高与金属胎体的浸润性,从而明显增强金刚石在金属胎体中的结合强度,提高金刚石钻头性能和使用寿命。
Using vacuum gas phase deposition, diamond surface is coated with strong carbide metal or alloy membrane. The membrane can obviously streng then the bonding strength of diamonds in metal base through bonding chemically with diamonds and improving immersion action of metal base. Therefor the performance and lifetime of diamond bit are improved.
