不同海拔野生金露梅叶的成分分析 被引量:3

摘要 目前对金露梅叶片的研究仅限于其解剖结构、灌丛地上部分生物量和黄酮类物质,对青海野生金露梅的叶部整体成分的研究还比较少。我们以采集到的2840m和2510m处的两份野生金露梅叶作为样品进行成分分析,结果表明:2840m处样品的黄酮含量高于2510m处样品的;单宁含量相当;2840m处样品还原糖含量高于2510m处样品的,粗蛋白的含量低于2510m处样品的。 Potentilla fruticosa L.bush wood is one of biggest bush of Qing Hai wood's areas.At present leaf blade's research is only restricted to the dissection structure,the brush aerial parts biomass and the flavonoid,and the research of the whole leaf department ingredient conducts to Potentilla fruticosa L.in the wild of Qinghai quite to be few.We used the sample of the wild Bush Cinquefoil leaf that we gathered which grew in 2510m,2840m in July of 2005 to Carried on the ingredient analysis.The result indicated that the content of flavonoid and sugar in 2840m was more than in 2510m,the tannin content was nearly equal,but the content of rude protein in 2840m was less than in 2510m.
