摘要
通过对青海省水土流失现状和原因分析,阐述了水土保持在青海生态立省战略中的地位和作用,并提出了相应的措施与建议。
The situation and reasons for soil and water loss in Qinghai Province were analyzed,the position and role of soil and water conservation in establishing province by ecological way in Qinghai were stated and corresponding measures and suggestion were proposed.
