摘要
阐述了当前森林防火的必要性,以及在森林防火中常遇到的退耕地易发生森林火灾的难点问题,并据此问题提出了森林防火的措施,即管理措施、防范措施、技术措施等。
The necessity of forest fire control in present and difficult occurred easily in abandoned lands were stated,based on this the control measures were put forward,namely management,prevention and technique measures.
