摘要 通过引进优良花椰菜种质资源,经过多年的纯化和定向选择,采用有性杂交技术,选育出耐寒性强、品质好的花椰菜新品种崇花3号。2004-2008年品比试验表明,崇花3号抗寒综合分数为2.73~5.00,抗寒能力较强,产量较本地120天花椰菜品种提高19.1%。该品种生育期为120 d,植株生长势强,蜡质多,内叶多层抱合护球,花球雪白、紧实、密度高,适宜稀植。 A new cauliflower cultivar, Chonghua 3, was bred by sexual hybridization technology from the introduced excellent germplasm resources of cauliflower which had been purified and directionally selected for many years. The varietal yield tests during 2004- 2008 showed that Chonghua 3 was 2.73-5.00 in integrated score of cold resistance and had a comparatively high cold resistance, and its yield was 19.1% higher than that of the local common cultivar Bendi 120. The cultivar Chonghua 3 was 120 d in growth duration,and its plant was strong in growth vigor and much in wax content and had multilayer inner leaves enveloping the flower ball. The curds were white in color and compact in structure. The cultivar was suitable for dilute planting.
