摘要 目的:研究神经干细胞体外培养、分化及其DCX的表达。方法:体外分离培养神经干细胞,传3代后通过免疫组织化学染色鉴定干细胞及分化的细胞,并观察其DCX的表达。结果:SD大鼠海马和脑室下区组织体外培养的细胞为神经干细胞,DCX在干细胞中有表达,在其分化的神经元中无表达。结论:DCX在神经干细胞中表达,在神经元无表达。 Objective:To explore the culture methods of neural stem cells and the expression of DCX(Doublecortin) on the cells.Methods:The neural stem cells were isolated from the hippocampus,purified and cultured for 3 generations.The neural stem cells were identified and the expression of DCX were investigated by immunocytochemistry method.Results:DCX was expressed on the neural stem cells but on neurons.Conclusion:The neural stem cells express DCX as a specific marker.
