Simultaneous three-trocar laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy in 92 cases

目的:总结三孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术的临床经验和疗效。方法:回顾性分析92例三孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术患者的临床资料和手术过程。结果:手术均获成功。平均手术时间70min,平均住院5d。全部患者均恢复正常,85例获随访,平均随访6个月,无并发症发生。结论:在掌握好手术指征及熟练的腹腔镜操作技术的前提下,三孔法腹腔镜胆囊和阑尾联合切除是安全可行的方法。

Objective： To summarize the clinical experiences and effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）combined with laparoscopic appendectomy（LA）. Methods： The clinical data of 92 cases which successfully underwent three-trocar LC and LA was retrospectively analyzed. Results： All operations were performed successfully without complications. The mean operation time was 70 min. The mean hospital stay was 5 days. No complications occurred in the 85 cases who were followed up in 6 months. Conclusion： The simultaneous approach to LC and LA is a safe and effective treatment.
