肺腺癌化疗患者应用静脉留置针减少静脉毒性的效果观察

目的:观察静脉留置针在肺腺癌患者化疗中减少静脉硬化的效果。方法:将78例肺腺癌化疗患者随机分两组(各39例),其中观察组选用密闭式静脉留置针输液化疗,对照组选用普通7号头皮针输液化疗。结果:观察组在避免穿刺失败、药物渗漏、预防静脉炎及病人心理顾虑等方面明显优于对照组。结论:肺腺癌化疗患者应用静脉留置针,既可以提高静脉穿刺一针见血的成功率,保护血管,减少静脉硬化,提高静脉的使用率;同时有效减轻病人痛苦及护理人员负担,提高病人及家属满意度。

Objective：Intravenous catheter system in patients with lung adenocarcinoma intravenous chemotherapy to reduce the effect of hardening.Methods：Of 78 cases of adenocarcinoma of the lung with chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups （each 39 cases）,in which the observation group selected Closed intravenous chemotherapy infusion catheter.Control group,use an 7th ordinary hair-pin on the infusion chemotherapy.Results：The observation group to avoid puncture failure,drug leakage,prevention of phlebitis and the patient＇s psychological concerns and so much better than the control group.Conclusion：Patients with adenocarcinoma of the lung with chemotherapy intravenous catheter needle,not only can improve the success rate of vein puncture sharply,protect blood vessels to reduce venous sclerosis,and increas intravenous usage,but also a effective way to reduce the suffering of the patients and nursing staff of the burden,and improving the patient and family satisfaction.
