急性心梗(AMI)泵衰竭患者应用米力农近期预后的影响

摘要 目的:了解急性心梗泵衰竭的患者应用米力农近期预后的影响。方法:采用随机分组对照的方法,将62例此病患者分为米力农治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗。米力农组32例在常规治疗的基础上,加用米力农,疗程5~7天,以30天为观察终点时间,观察其近期预后及不良反应。结果:米力农组在观察时间内死亡5例,病组2例,对照组7例,两组间死亡构成比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结轮:米力农是治疗急性心梗泵衰竭安全、有效的药物,短期小剂量缓慢静脉给药,可以显著降低病死率,明显优于对照组。且可减轻某些不良反应,有利于改善近期预后。 Objective:To understand the pump failure in acute myocardial infarction patients with Milrinone short-term prognosis.Methods:A randomized-controlled method,62 cases of the disease were divided into Milrinone treatment group,control group and control group of 30 patients aged 40~85 years with an average of 67.03 years,the conventional treatment.Milrinone group of 32 patients aged 39 to 80 years,an average of 63.89 years old,on the basis of conventional therapy,Milrinone was added 10mg/day to 0.0375~0.75μg/kg·min speed intravenous drip treatment 5~7 days to 30 days to observe the end of time,Follow-the short-term prognosis and adverse reactions).Result:Milrinone group died within the observation time of five cases,2 cases of disease group and control group,7 cases died between the two groups pose no significant difference (P0.05).Conclusion:Milrinone is the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with pump failure is safe and effective drugs,the short-term low-dose administration of the slow pulse,you can significantly reduce the mortality rate,significantly better than the control group.And reduce some side effects.Will help to improve short-term prognosis.
