疝环充填式无张力疝修补术(PMHR)在腹股沟疝中的应用体会

2006年1月～2008年12月采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术(PMHR)治疗腹股沟疝150例;2004年1月～2006年1月采用传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝126例。比较两组的手术时间、术后疼痛程度及术后住院天数,发现PMHR组手术时间缩短,疼痛轻微,住院天数缩短。笔者认为PMHR治疗腹股沟疝,具有手术操作简单,术后疼痛轻微,能较快恢复正常体力活动,不增加感染机会,降低复发率的优点;适用于所有原发性、复发性腹股沟斜疝和直疝。

Objection In January 2006-December 2008 we used filling tension-free hernia ring of hernia repair（PMHR）therapy inguinal hernia 150 cases,January 2004 to January 2006 treated by traditional hernia repair inguinal hernia 126 cases.Compare the two groups of operation time,the severity of postoperative pain and number.PMHR＇s operative time shortened number,painless we thinks PMHR treatment with surgery,inguinal hernia operation is simple,rapid,postoperative painless can resume normal physical activity,increase and decrease the recurrence rate of infection,applicable to all primary and recurrent inguinal hernia and hernia.
