氟比洛芬酯复合PCEA对股骨干骨折术后镇痛的效果

摘要 目的:比较氟比洛芬酯和曲马多与0.125%的左旋布比卡因配伍用于股骨干骨折术后硬膜外自控镇痛(PCEA)的临床效果。方法:45例在腰麻加硬膜外麻醉下行择期股骨干骨折手术的患者(ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级)随机等分为三组。A组:0.125%左旋布比卡因PCEA组;B组:术前静注氟比洛芬酯100mg+术后静注氟比洛芬酯100mg+0.125%左旋布比卡因PCEA;C组:0.2%曲马多+0.125%左旋布比卡因PCEA。结果:A组的24小时用药总量、PCEA的按压次数、VAS评分明显高于其他两组(P<0.05);而B、C组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);B组恶心、呕吐等副作用发生率较高,与A,C组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬酯联合使用硬膜外自控镇痛(PCEA)安全有效,同时可显著减少局麻药的用量及不良反应的发生率。
