消炎止痛膏治疗Ⅱ度褥疮的效果观察

目的:研究避免Ⅱ度褥疮继发Ⅲ度褥疮的有效治疗方法,达到缩短疗程之目的。方法:将120例Ⅱ度褥疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组采用消炎止痛膏创面外敷治疗与护理;对照组采用50%酒精定时按摩治疗护理。比较两组间的治疗显效时间。结果:两组治疗显效时间、治愈率和镇痛显效时间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:局部使用消炎止痛膏治疗Ⅱ度褥疮,其操作简单、方便安全、经济实用、效果确切、患者依从性高,值得临床及家庭病床在治疗与护理中推广使用。

Objective：To research the effective method of how to avoidsⅡdegree bedsore following sendingⅢdegree bedsore,achieves the reduction treatment course thegoal.Methods：All of 120 patients withⅡdegree bedsore were divided into 2 groups stochastically,the treatment group 60example use sterilization painrelieving paste injured area externally applies nursing and the control group 60 examples fixed time massages with 50% ethyl alcohols nursing,compared with two group of treatment appearance time.Results：2groups treat the appearance time,the cure rate and the analgesia appearance time difference have the significance（P0.05）.Conclusions：Partial use sterilization painrelieving paste treatsⅡdegree bedsore,the simplicity of operator,conveniently,the security,the economy is practical,the effect is accurate,the patient compliance is high,suggested that promotes the use in clinical and the household sickbed nursing work.
