呼吸机相关性肺炎44例临床分析

摘要 目的:分析44例呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的原发病呼吸机治疗至肺炎发生的时间以及诊治情况。方法:回顾分析VAP的原因和治疗措施。结果:经呼吸道分泌物细菌培养,每例有一种或多种耐药菌感染。经治疗36例肺炎得到控制,顺利脱离呼吸机,5例上呼吸机后短期内死于原发病或呼吸衰竭,3例因无力承担医疗费用自动出院。结论:VAP随上机治疗时间的延长,发生率增加,VAP重在预防。
