摘要随着医学模式由生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变,临床实践也由原来的以疾病为中心逐步转向以患者为中心。新《医疗事故处理条例》第十一条规定,在医疗活动中,医疗机构及其医务人员应当将患者的病情、医疗措施和医疗风险等如实告知患者并及时解答其咨询。
