鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的手术入路选择 被引量：3

摘要 目的 探讨鼻腔鼻窦内翻件乳头状瘤切除的合理手术方式.方法 对32例中11例行鼻内进路鼻内镜手术,5例行鼻侧切开术,16例行改良面中部揭翻径路联合鼻内窥镜手术.结果 随访6-60个月,5例鼻侧切开术后复发2例,11例鼻内进路鼻内镜术后复发1例,16例面中部揭翻径路联合鼻内镜术后复发1例.结论 术前确定病变范围,根据病变范围决定手术方式.经鼻内镜可以彻底切除Ⅰ,Ⅱ期局限性病变,改良面中部揭翻径路联合鼻内镜手术是治疗多数鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤可靠且有效的方法,对肿瘤侵犯鼻外的Ⅳ期病变,鼻侧切开术仍为首选术式.
