早期乳腺癌保乳术后的三维适形放射治疗 被引量：1

摘要 目的 观察早期乳腺癌保乳术后加三维适形放射治疗的疗效,不良反应和美容效果.方法 收治早期乳腺癌46例,其中Ⅰ期32例,Ⅱ期14例.行保乳术后,接受三维适形放射治疗,乳房切线照射量是DT47-50 GY/24-26次,瘤床电子线补量DT 10-15 GY/5-8次,患侧锁骨上X线DT 30 GY＋电子线DT 22 GY.放疗后接受4-6个周期的化疗.结果 3年、5年生存率为95.6%（44/46）、93.4%（43/46）,局部复发为4.3%（2/46）.乳房美容效果达到满意加一般者为95.6%（44/46）.放疗急性不良反应：乳房肿胀不适10例,占21.7%,皮肤红斑、色素沉着18例（占39%）,湿性脱皮5例（占10.8%）,放射性肺炎1例（占2.1%）.结论 保乳术后＋术后三维适形放射治疗生存率及美容效果满意,并发症发生率低,对符合条件Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期的病人应予以推广.
