摘要
[目的]研究当归注射液关元穴给药对雷公藤多苷所致小鼠生殖系统毒性的拮抗作用。[方法]雷公藤口服给药造成小鼠卵巢早衰模型,通过观察各组小鼠外观、体重、血清E2、阴道脱落细胞涂片,子宫、卵巢指数,判断当归注射液关元穴给药和口服给药对雷公藤多苷所致生殖系统毒性拮抗作用差别。[结果]单剂量当归注射液穴位给药与单剂量雷公藤多苷口服灌胃联合应用,可显著降低雷公藤多苷单独给药所致大鼠食欲减退、腹泻、体重下降及动情周期紊乱等现象。体重,E2,子宫指数,卵巢指数与模型组相比,有了显著的提高,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),而单剂量当归注射液口服给药与单剂量雷公藤多苷口服给药联合应用则无明显改善雷公藤所致的卵巢早衰现象,体重,E2,子宫指数,卵巢指数与模型组相比虽有提高,但差异不具有显著性意义(P>0.05)。[结论]与当归注射液口服给药相比,当归注射液关元穴给药在等效剂量的条件下可显著对抗雷公藤多苷所致小鼠生殖系统的毒性。
[0bjective] To investigate the effect of angelica injection(AI) therapy via Guanyuan acupoint on mice which are premature ovarian failure(POF)induced by triptergium wilfordii(GTW).[Methods] Making the premature ovarian failure modle by triptergium wilfordii.Then we detected the serum levels of E2.We also documented the smears of vaginal exfoliated cells and observed the changes of appearance.To study the effects of AI therapy via Guanyuan acupoint against GTW-induced genital system toxicity in mice.[Results] After treatment,the ovarian function mice in injecting group could gradual natural recovery.The estrous cycle returned to normal,the levels of E2 in injecting group was higher than that in the modle group(P0.05),Uterus index and ovarian index were also significantly higher(P0.05).But the oral group mice appeared poor status of physiological function.The cycle of estrus still disorder.The levels expectations of E2 of oral group and modle group were not of statistical significance(P0.05).The same to uterus index and ovarian index.[Conclusion] Injecting AI via Guanyuan acupoint can cure premature ovarian failure(POF)induced by GTW,but oral AI can not have the same effect in equal dosage consistency.
