Tweed技术在下颌第1磨牙近中移动中的临床运用

Application of tweed technique in the mesial movement of mandibular first molar

[目的]探讨用Tweed方丝弓矫治技术来使下颌第1磨牙近中移动的临床效果。[方法]选择错牙合畸形伴下颌第2双尖牙拔出需下颌第1磨牙近中移动的患者,共10例,年龄14~20岁,拔牙间隙处牙槽嵴高度和宽度正常。运用Tweed方丝弓矫治技术的cherry loop和shoehorn loop来近中移动第1磨牙。[结果]所有10例病例均实现下颌第一磨牙整体移动,无近中倾斜,无近中舌向旋转的发生,第1磨牙与第1双尖牙接触关系良好,间隙完全关闭。[结论]运用Tweed方丝弓矫治技术来使第1磨牙近中移动临床效果稳定,效率高,无牙齿不良移动,完全实现整体移动。

[Objective] To study the clinical effect and the advantages by tweed edgewise technique to drive the mandibular first molar mesially.[Methods] Ten patients were selected from 14 years to 20 years old that had mandibular second premolars extracted and needed their mandibular first molars to be moved mesially,with normal extracted space.Cherry loop and shoehorn loop were used to make mandibular first molars to be moved mesially.[Results] The mesial movement of mandibular first molars in all the patients was achieved bodily,without mesial lipping and mesial-lingual rotation.There was good contact between mandibular first molar and first premolar.And all the spaces were closed completely.[Conclusion] The clinical effect of tweed edgewise technique is stable and efficient.All mandibular first molars are made move bodily with no harmful movement.
