和肽素在心血管疾病中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 和肽素(copeptin)是精氨酸加压素前体的羧基肽部分,它在血浆中的变化趋势和精氨酸加压素一致。且具有稳定性好,检测方便等优点,在疾病的临床诊断、预后判断方面有重要价值和优势。这一优势在心血管疾病中逐渐受到重视;和肽素对心力衰竭预后的判断一定程度上优于脑钠肽(BNP)。本文就近年来和肽素在心血管疾病临床应用中的研究进展进行综述。 Copeptin is the carboxyl-peptide part of precursor of arginine vasopressin.It changes consistently with arginine vasopressin.As a stable peptide and conveniently to be detected,copeptin has a lot of advantages in clinical diagnosis and prognostic judgment.Copeptin is better than BNP in prognostic judgment of heart failure.Experts of angiocardiopathy are paying more attention to these advantages.
