2009年丽江市5岁以下儿童死因分析与对策

The Causes and Countermeasures of Death of Children under Five in Lijiang in 2009

目的探讨儿童死因并提出降低死亡率的对策.方法分析丽江市2009年62例5岁以下儿童死亡监测资料.结果 5岁以下儿童死亡中,新生儿死亡占的比例最高,早产低出生体重、新生儿窒息是主要死亡原因,肺炎、腹泻及意外死亡也是重要的死亡原因.结论对儿童死亡高发地区要重点管理,加强妇幼卫生宣教,提高群众自我保健意识,加强业务内涵建设,倡议政府关注儿童生命质量,设立救助危急儿童基金,对贫困儿童实行救助,有效降低死亡率.

Objective To investigate the death causes of children under five in LiJiang city and to take some measures to lower the mortality of children.Method The death causes of the sixty-two children under five years old monitored by our hospital in Lijing city in 2009 were analyzed.Results Preterm low birth weight and neonatal asphyxia were the principal causes of new-born death. Accidental death was the second cause. Conclusion To reduce the mortality rate of children effectively,on the one hand,hospital and other social organizations must emphasize on the health education of women and children,promote some appropriate technologies,and enhance operational connotation of the general medical practitioner;on the other hand,government should also pay attention to the quality of life for children,setting up special funds to help these critical and poor children.
