保留性神经的经腹膜后腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术2例报告 被引量：4

摘要 近年，我国前列腺癌发病率明显增高，较多的局限性前列腺癌患者得到了及时诊断．解剖学的进展，手术技巧的改进，肿瘤根治同时提高患者生活质量理念的推崇，使保留性神经的耻骨后前列腺癌根治术（radicalretropubicprostatectomy，RRP），特别是经腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术（1aproscopicradicalprostatectomy，LRP），在国内部分大型医疗机构已逐步开展．
