The Characteristics of Surgery on HIV/AIDS Patients

目的分析艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者围手术期需重视的问题,为各级医院开展此类手术提供借鉴.方法对80例进行普外科手术的HIV/AIDS患者从心理分析、术前准备、术中的防护、职业暴露、术前、术后CD4、CD4/CD8检测等方面进行探讨.结果所有病例未出现严重并发症或机会性感染,无死亡病例,医务人员无1例职业暴露.结论严格执行医疗操作规范,对医患双方而言,手术是安全的.

Objective To evaluate the issues which need to be taken among HIV/AIDS patients during the perioperative period so that to provide a reference which may help to carry out such operations in hospitals at all levels.Methods We evaluated each aspect of 80 HIV/AIDS patients who received general surgery from psychological analysis,preoperative preparation,intraoperative protection,occupational exposure,preoperative and postoperative CD4 and CD4/CD8 testing,etc.Results No serious complications or opportunistic infections and no deaths orrcured in all HIV/AIDS patients.And no case of occupational exposure was found in medical personnels.Conclusion The surgery on HIV/AIDS patients is is safe to both patients and surgeons under the strict implementation of medical norms and rules.
