福建水华微囊藻毒素免疫毒性整体动物试验 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨福建水华微囊藻毒素免疫毒性。方法80只雄性ICR小鼠随机分成4组,微囊藻毒素染毒剂量分别为0,8,16和24μg/kg,连续7d。第8天检测脾脏的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量,巨噬细胞吞噬指数,T淋巴细胞CD4+、CD8+亚群的百分比,观察胸腺和脾脏的组织病理学改变。结果24μg/kg微囊藻毒素可使SOD和GSH-Px活性明显降低,LDH水平明显升高,吞噬指数明显下降,CD4+的百分比明显降低(P<0.05),胸腺皮质明显变薄,脾小体明显萎缩,淋巴细胞数明显减少。结论在本试验条件下,福建水华微囊藻毒素具有免疫毒性,可引起小鼠CD4+百分比下降,抑制巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,胸腺和脾脏出现病理改变。
