摘要
采用正交设计法探讨了水灰比、粉煤灰掺量、砂率、外加剂品种等因素对混凝土强度、弹性模量、干缩率、抗渗等影响的主次顺序。在此基础上优选出几个配合比进行系统的性能试验,提出了用于水布垭工程面板的混凝土配合比及物理力学性能参数指标。
Using orthogonal testing method,the influence of water cement ratios,flyash admixed quantities,sand ratios and additive varieties on the concrete strengths, elastic module,dry shrinkage ratios and anti seepage were studied ,and the primary and secondary influence factors were differentiated .On the basis of some optimum mix proportions ,the systematic property tests were conducted. The mix proportions of faced concrete and the indexes of physical mechanics parameters for the Shuibuya Project are proposed.
