摘要
通过对水布垭水利枢纽面板堆石坝周边缝止水结构大比尺模型试验,研究了铜止水片的物理力学性能并对止水型式进行优化。对周边缝与垂直缝铜止水接头变形问题,作了一些探索性工作,研究了塑料止水带的物理性能和止水防渗性能,嵌缝材料和自愈抗渗材料止水结构和止水性能,探讨了止水结构的工作机理及细部设计问题,提出周边缝止水结构和改进设计的措施和方案。
Through large scale model test on the seal structure of peripheral joints in the concrete faced rockfill dam (CFRD) of the Shuibuya Project,the following items have been studied:the physical mechanics properties and shape optimization of water stop,the pilot study on copper water stop connector deformations of the peripheral and vertical joints,the water stop seepage control performance and mechanics properties of plastic film,and the water stop structures and their sealing properties of the caulking material and self healing anti seepage material.Besides,the working mechanism and detailed design of the seal structures are discussed in the paper.The water tight structure of peripheral joints and some measures and schemes for improving design are put forward.
