IL-27对慢性乙肝患者外周血CD4^+T细胞的增殖作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 IL-27是IL-6/IL-12家族的细胞因子,由(EBI3)^2和p28共同构成,主要由活化的巨噬细胞和树突状细胞产生,在T细胞中通过活化Jak1、STAT-1、STAT-3、STAT-4和STAT-5进行信号传导,并通过诱导T细胞增殖及IFN-γ的分泌参与炎症反应。本研究拟以IL-27对CD4^+T细胞的免疫增殖功能作为切人点探讨其在慢性乙肝发病机制中的可能作用。
