外用他克莫司软膏治疗口周白癜风后腹泻一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男,15岁,因口周（1.5 cm×1.5 cm）及躯干部白斑（约20 cm2）4年余来我院门诊就诊.检查：白斑区在Wood灯下可见白垩色荧光,边界清楚;皮肤共聚焦激光显微镜检查发现白斑区表皮棘层和基底层黑素颗粒消失,真皮乳头周围色素环消失.诊断：白癜风.
