地塞米松雾化吸入治疗天疱疮反复口腔损害的临床观察与分析

The Clinical Investigation and Analysis of Dexamethasone Inhalation in Treatment of Pemphigus with Repeated Oral Damage

目的观察采用雾化吸入配合系统药物治疗及单独系统用药治疗天疱疮反复口腔损害患者的疗效。方法观察组30例,据病情给予糖皮质激素、对症支持治疗,加用地塞米松磷酸钠于生理盐水20mL雾化吸入,与仅采用糖皮激素加量、对症支持治疗的对照组30例进行疗效比较。结果治疗7天后,观察组的口腔损害明显好转,优于对照组,14天后口腔损害痊愈率两组接近。治疗过程中观察组的激素用量和副作用都明显低于对照组。结论雾化吸入治疗天疱疮反复口腔损害能显著缩短病情,加快激素减量,减少副作用,疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To observe curative effects of inhalation combined with system medicine in pemphigus patients with repeated oral damage. Methods Thirty cases of observation group took glucocorticoid, symptomatic supporting therapy according to patients＇ condition plus inhalation of dexamethasone in 20mL physiological saline, compared with 30 cases of control group without inhalation of dexamethasone. Results After 7 days treat- ment, the symptom in observation group improved significantly than that in control group. After 14 days treatment, the cure rate of the observation group was close to the control group. During the treatment, the steroid dosage and side effects in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group. Conclusion Inhalation is useful for the patients of pemphigus with repeated oral damage, could shorten course of disease, quickly decrease the dose of glucocorticoid and reduce the side effect. It is worthy to used in clinic.
