影像引导下应用射频消融术治疗脊柱肿瘤的进展 被引量：5

摘要 射频消融术（radiofrequency ablation,RFA）是近年来发展迅速的一种非血管介入技术,尤其在肿瘤的微创治疗方面应用广泛,它通过各种实时影像技术的引导将射频电极置入肿瘤组织中,射频电极头发出射频波,使电极周围肿瘤组织中的离子震荡产生摩擦热,引起电极周边一定范围肿瘤组织产生热损伤而凝固坏死，达到杀灭肿瘤细胞的作用，在肝脏肿瘤等实体肿瘤中得到广泛应用。
