摘要
目的:评价多重PCR技术快速准确鉴定深部感染常见的6种念珠菌的效果。方法:应用构建的多重PCR检测体系对白念珠菌、克柔念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌和季也蒙念珠菌标准菌株进行检测,并与CHROMagar显色培养结果进行比较。结果:CHROMagar快速显色法对白念珠菌、热带念珠菌和克柔念珠菌有较好的鉴别效果,对近平滑念珠菌、光滑念珠菌和季也蒙念珠菌的鉴别比较困难。多重PCR检测体系可以分辨所有6种念珠菌。结论:多重PCR体系较传统的CHROMagar念珠菌显色培养基快速、准确,具有一定的实用性。
Objective: To evaluate the application of multiple PCR system in the identification of six Candida species. Methods: Six Candida strains ( C. albicans, C. glabrata, C. parapsilosis, C. tropicalis, C. krusei and C. guilliermondii) were identified with constructed multiple PCR- based method, and the results were compared with CHROMagar Candicla. Results: CHROMagar Candida identified the most commonly isolated Candida species especially C. albicans, C. tropicalis and C. krusei were clearly identified with CHROMagar Candida, but the identification was difficult to identify C. parapsilosis, C. glabrata and C. guiUiermondii. In contrast to CHROMagar Candida, reconstructed multiple PCR-based method identified all the 6 strains. Conclusions: Compared to CHROMagar, this novel multiple PCR-based method is more rapid, specific and applicable.
