摘要
对含V字型缺口的铺层拼接碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料层合板试件进行了剪切强度试验研究。从三种含不同铺层拼接角层合板上切取剪切试件,层合板共有17层,其中奇数层为0°连续层而偶数层为90°层和偏角为θ的单层板拼接层。通过实验测定其载荷-位移曲线。试验结果表明,三组试件的平均剪切强度基本相同。有限元软件ABAQUS6.5分析结果表明,拼接层角度改变将引起90°层出现剪应力集中,且θ越大,剪应力集中越明显,但沿缺口剪应力的平均值几乎不变。实验测试和有限元分析能够很好地印证。
The V-notched shear test has been developed for measuring shear strength of a laminate with spliced plies of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix.Three sets of V-notched specimens were cut from composite laminates.The composite laminates containe 17 plies,in which the odd plies are continues with a splice angle of 0° and even plies have splice angles of 90° and θ(θ=15°,30°,45°).Shear loading schemes were carried out and typical load-displacement curves of threse specimens were all recorded.Mechanical test results demonstrate that the average shear strengths of the three sets of spliced specimens are similar.Results from finite element ABAQUS6.5 analysis show that the change of splice angle q will lead to the shear stress concentration on the 90° ply in the spliced region.And shear stress concentration increases with increasing θ.But the average shear stress along the notch root of the spliced specimens does not change.The experimental results are consistent with the finite element analysis.
