负载型TiO_2/AC光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能 被引量:6

Preparation of TiO_2/AC Photocatalyst by Forced Hydrolysis in Boiling Reflux State and its Photocatalytic Activity

摘要 以活性炭(AC)为载体,采用沸腾回流强迫水解法制备了TiO2/AC负载型光催化剂,通过XRD、SEM等技术对其晶体结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,TiO2光催化剂为锐钛矿晶体结构,以纳米颗粒均匀分布在活性炭表面。通过降解甲基橙溶液,研究了制备条件对TiO2/AC光催化性能的影响。 A TiO2/activated carbon(TiO2/AC)photocatalyst has been synthesized by forced hydrolysis of titanium sulfate in boiling reflux.The product was characterized by powder X-ray diffractometry(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The methyl orange(MO)was used as a target pollutant to test the photocatalytic activity of the photocatalyst.It is found that the TiO2 supported on activated carbon was spherical nanoparticles with an anatase structure,and the TiO2/AC catalyst exhibited high activity to assist photodegradation of MO in water.The influence of the preparation conditions on the photocatalytic performance of TiO2/AC was also investigated.
