摘要
本文采用凝胶注模成型陶瓷手表链坯体,研究固相体积含量、分散剂、pH值及球磨时间等对浆料流动性能的影响,及单体、引发剂因素对聚合反应速率的影响,同时对浆料固化和陶瓷手表链的成型影响因素也进行了探讨。实验结果表明:当浆料中固相含量为59.5Vol%时,以聚丙烯酸胺为分散剂,浆料的pH值9,引发剂含量(质量分数)为0.15%~0.25%和有机单体(质量分数)为4%时,开始凝胶化时间可控制在16~25分钟,保证了浆料在浇注前有一定流动性而不会很快固化;获得的陶瓷手表链坯体强度达到36.5MPa。
Ceramic watch chain green body was prepared by gel-casting method.Effects of the solid phase content,dispersing agent,pH value,milling time of ceramic slurry,the monomer and initiator on polymerization rate were studied.At the same time slurry solidify and watch chain forming influence factors were also discussed.The experimental results show that when the solid content is 59.5%,pH value of the slurry is about 9,initiator content(mass fraction)is 0.15%~0.25%,organic monomer slurry(mass fraction)is 4% and acrylic acid amine dispersant are entered,the beginning of gelation time can be controlled within 16~25 minutes which ensure that slurry fluidity will not be solidified quickly,the green body bending strength reached to 36.5MPa by gel-casting.
