超声波吸脂技术在治疗颌颈部脂肪堆积中的应用

目的 探讨采用超声波吸脂技术行下颌及颈部脂肪堆积整形术的临床价值.方法 自1996年11月至2009年3月,在局部肿胀麻醉下,采用体内超声吸脂机对38例下颌及颈部脂肪堆积患者行脂肪抽吸,脂肪吸出量为65～160 ml;并对临床效果及并发症的发生原因和处理方法进行回顾性分析.结果 术后随访30例患者3～24个月,与术前比较其下颌及颈部的臃肿外形明显改善,皮肤回缩良好,局部无麻木、感染、硬结及感觉、运动障碍等现象发生.效果满意.结论 采用超声波吸脂技术行下颌及颈部脂肪堆积整形,术后皮肤表面平滑,颌颈部外形美观、自然,与普通负压吸脂技术相比更安全、可靠.

Objective To explore application of uhrasonic lipsuction in fatty accumulation of mandible and neck. Methods From November 2009 to March 2009, we removed the fat within the area of jaw and neck from 38 patients after using the local tumescent anesthesia with ultrasonic liposuction. The ammount of removed fat was 65 - 160 ml; Clinical effects as well as complications were also analyzed. Results Thirty patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months, their appearance of jaw and neck were significantly improved. The skin retracted automatically and tighted. There were no such complications as local numbness, infections, indurations, and sensory or motor disorders postoperatively. Conclusion Compared with negative pressure lipsuction, the technique of ultrasonic lipsuction is more effective and safer for correcting fatty accumulation of mandible and neck with esthetical and nature appearance.
