摘要
目的:观察揉髌手法对兔膝关节软骨细胞凋亡的影响,探讨手法治疗的作用机制。方法:随机将50只新西兰兔分为手法组、药物组、模型组、假模组和正常组,每组10只;前3组手术造成骨内高压型模型,假模组手术切口相同但不结扎、不切断相应血管,正常组不做任何处理。手法组每只兔揉髌手法治疗17次,药物组膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠注射液5次,其他兔无特殊处理。造模后12周末取所有兔右膝关节内侧胫骨平台软骨组织进行处理,透射电镜观察。结果:手法组、药物组多数细胞核基本正常,胶原纤维排列较整齐;模型组多见细胞核固缩,细胞器显示不清,胶原纤维排列较紊乱;假模组、正常组细胞核多数正常,胶原纤维排列较整齐。结论:揉髌手法可减少软骨细胞的凋亡。
Objective:To explore the influence of knee-rubbing manipulation on apoptosis of knee joint chondrocytes in rabbits,and to investigate the potential mechanisms.Methods:Fifty New Zealand rabbits divided randomly into five groups:manipulation group,drug group,model group,sham model group and normal group,10 rabbits in each group.The first 3 groups were made into IOH-model,sham model group received the same incision but not ligated.No treatment for the normal group.Seventeen times of knee-rubbing manipulation were applied to manipulation group,joint injection with sodium hyaluronate 5 times was done to drug group,and there was no special treatment for other groups.At the end of 12 weeks after being modeled,the medial tibial plateau cartilage tissue of right knee was taken for transmission electron microscope observation.Results:There was no significant change of nucleus in manipulation group and drug group,and collagenous fiber was distributed in order.While in model group,karyopyknosis was presented in most cells,with organelles displayed unclear and collagenous fiber disordered.No significant change for nucleus in sham model group and normal group,and collagenous fiber was distributed in order.Conclusion:The knee-rubbing manipulation can significantly delay the apoptosis of chondrocytes.
