肝靶向磁共振分子显影对比剂的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肝细胞癌是严重的恶性肿瘤之一,早期诊断是提高治疗效果的关键。分子成像技术的发展为肝细胞癌的早期诊断提供了满意的诊断模式,而分子成像的发展需要良好的分子靶向显影对比剂。纳米制剂是现代药物制剂研究的热点,作为靶向载体用于制备分子靶向显影对比剂受到越来越多研究者的关注。本文就各类纳米制剂用于显影对比剂的研究作一综述。 Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most serious cancers and early diagnosis is the key of successful treatment.The development of molecular imaging technology provides an ideal diagnostic mode for early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma,but requires excellent molecular targeted imaging contrast agent.Nanocarriers have become the hot point of pharmaceutics,and as the targeting vector,are paid more attention to by more and more researchers to prepare molecular imaging contrast agent.This paper reviewes the various types of nanocarriers used as the molecular contrast agent.
