驱银汤治疗寻常性银屑病疗效及相关Th17细胞、细胞因子的检测

Clinical Effects of Quyin Decoction on Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris and Detection of Peripheral Blood Th17 Cell Quantity and Related Cytokines

目的探讨驱银汤治疗进展期血瘀型轻、中度寻常性银屑病疗效及对外周血Th17细胞及相关细胞因子水平影响。方法进展期血瘀型轻、中度寻常性银屑病患者56例随机分为两组,每组各28例。治疗组予驱银汤剂口服;对照组予安慰剂口服;另选健康志愿者28例作为健康对照组;疗程12周。观察治疗前、后各组有效率、Th17细胞水平、白介素(IL)-17和转化生长因子(TGF)-β水平。结果治疗前,治疗组及对照组Th17细胞水平及血清IL-17和TGF-β水平与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组前述指标与治疗前及对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组有效率与对照组比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在有效率及细胞因子水平改善方面优于对照组。结论 Th17细胞及血清IL-17和TGF-β水平在进展期血瘀型轻、中度寻常性银屑病患者存在异常,驱银汤剂对此有改善作用,同时对患者有临床治疗作用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of Quyin decoction on treating patients with mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris which were identified as blood stasis syndrome in progress time, and peripheral blood Th17 cell quantity and related cytokines. Methods 56 patients with mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris which were identified as blood stasis syndrome in progress time were randomly divided into two groups, and 28 cases in each groups. The treatment group was taken Quyin decoction orally, and control group was taken placebo orally. And other 28 healthy people were taken as health controls. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. The effective rate and level of Th17 cell, related eytokines interleukin（IL）-17 and transforming growth factor （TGF）-β of treatment group arid control group was observed before and after the treatment. Results Compared with the health controls, the level of Th17 cell, IL-17 and TGF-βin treatment group and control group had obvious differences before treatment （P〈0.05）. The aforementioned indicators in treatment group had obvious difference after treatment compared with treatment group before drug inteIvention and control group （P〈0.05）, but no statistical significance compared with heath controls （P〉0.05）. Compared with control group, the effective rate of treatment group also had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, treatment group had better effective rate and significant improvement in level of cytokine. Conclusion The patients with mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris which are identified as blood stasis syndrome in progress time have abnormality in the quantity of peripheral blood Th17, related cytokines IL-17 and TGF-β. Quyin decoction has clinical effects, and it could correct the abnnonality.
