射频联合中药内服及他扎罗汀外用治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变疗效观察 被引量:3

Curative Effect of Ellman Radiofrequency Therapy Combining with Chinese Medicinal Materials Usus Internus and Tazarotene Topical Treatment on Primary Cutaneous Amyloidosis

摘要 目的探讨射频联合中医辨证施治及他扎罗汀外用治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变的临床疗效。方法 33例患者左侧胫前皮疹采用射频加他扎罗汀凝膏局部外用,右侧单用他扎罗汀。并在西医局部治疗的基础上予中医辨证施治(中药内服),在治疗(总疗程3个月)后随访6个月,比较两种方法的疗效。结果中药内服加他扎罗汀外用有效率为66.7%(22/33),而射频联合中药内服及他扎罗汀外用治疗有效率达90.9%(30/33),疗效优于前者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射频联合中医辨证施治及他扎罗汀外用治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变病,疗效好,不良反应少,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of therapeutic combination of Ellman radiofrequency therapy with Chinese medicinal materials usus internus and tazarotene topical treatment on primary cutaneous amyloidosis. Methods 33 patient's amyloidosis on left shin anterior part were treated with 0.05% tazarotene gel after radiofrequency therapy, amyloidosis on right side were treated with 0.05% tazarotene gel only. Then determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs with Chinese medicinal materials usus internns, underlaying topical treatment. The patients were followed up for six months after the treatment (total course of three months), then clinical therapeutic effect of two therapeutic regimens were contrasted. Results Effective rate of Chinese medicinal materials usus internus combining with topical tazarotene treatment was 66.7% (22/33). However therapeutic combination of Ellman radiofl'equency therapy with Chinese medicinal materials usus internus and tazarotene topical treatment was superior than the former, with effective rate 90.9%(30/33), and low incidence of side effect. The effective power of two treatments had significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Therapeutic combination of Ellman radiofrequency therapy with Chinese medicinal materials usus internus and tazarotene topical treatment is proved to be efficacious and safe for primary cutaneous amyloidosis, and worth recommending in clinics.
