儿童尖锐湿疣28例报告 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨儿童尖锐湿疣(CA)传播途径及防治,促进患儿身心健康发展。方法选取28例在我院门诊就诊的儿童CA患儿对其临床表现防治,特别是传播途径与成人的区别进行分析。结果 1次治愈7例;2次治愈14例;3次治愈7例,随访3个月、6个月均未见复发。结论儿童CA发生率低,临床表现及防治,特别是传播途径等方面均与成人有很大区别,对患儿积极治疗定期随访,以减少复发,促进患儿身心健康发展。
