摘要
目的研究高原藏族肺癌患者外周血NK细胞表面活化性受体NKG2D的表达,并分析宿主NK细胞受体NKG2D在肺癌中的作用及其与肿瘤免疫逃逸的关系。方法对43例高原藏族肺癌患者及30例健康人,应用流式细胞术检测外周血NK细胞NKG2D的表达状况。结果高原藏族肺癌患者外周血NK细胞NKG2D的表达水平分别为(13.56±4.52)%,明显低于正常组(33.00±9.14)%,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高原藏族肺癌的免疫逃逸可能与NKG2D表达下调有关。高原藏族肺癌患者外周血NK细胞活性降低,其活化性受体NKG2D表达的下降是NK细胞活性下降的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the expression of NKG2D in peripheral blood in the plateau Tibetan patients with lung cancer,and to analyze and discuss the function of NKG2D in lung cancer mechanism and its relation with immune escape reaction of cancer.Methods Flow cytometry analysis was used to detect NKG2D in the peripheral blood from 43 Tibetan patients with lung cancer on the plateau,and 30 health persons.Results The expression of NKG2D in the Tibetan patients with lung cancer was(13.56±4.52)%,significantly lower compared with that of the health group [(33.00±9.14)%](P0.05).Conclusions The immune escape reaction of cancer in Tibetan patients with lung cancer on the plateau is probably relative to the down-regulation of NKG2D.The activity of NK cell and the anti-cancer cellular immunity level were reduced of Tibetan patients with lung cancer on the plateau.The decrease of the receptor NKG2D is a reason for the decrease of the activity of NK cells.
