摘要
疫苗的问世和广泛使用使人类在与疾病作斗争过程中取得了主动地位。呼吸道感染性疾病是儿童最常见的疾病之一,近年针对其常见病原微生物的疫苗研究有所进展。文章概述了此类疫苗的特点和优化、免疫策略和对象等,并对传统的呼吸道传染病疫苗作了系统回顾。
Respiratory infectious diseases（RIDs） is one of the most common diseases in children.Recent years,progress has been made in the development of vaccines against common pathogenic microorganisms of RIDs.This article outlines the characteristics and optimization,immunization strategy,and targets of the vaccines.Also the author will make a systematic review of traditional vaccines of respiratory communicable diseases.Vaccines helped human beings combat diseases actively.
