原发渗出性淋巴瘤1例
摘要
原发渗出性淋巴瘤（Pfimary effusion lymphoma，PEL）也称浆膜腔隙型淋巴瘤。现报道我科确诊1例PEL。
男，73岁，2009年2月出现胸闷、乏力，下肢浮肿，诊断为胸膜炎，甲减，心包炎。口服优甲乐，症状无缓解。2009年8月21日CT：右。肾上腺病灶。
